Frontier AI from Kyrgyzstan
Your language, your AI. Made to be trusted.
Today, fewer than a hundred of the world’s 7,000 languages have the data AI needs. We build AI for the rest, starting with Kyrgyz.
Drag to turn the globe, zoom in or out to look closer, and hover over any dot to see its language.
About 7,000 living languages, each dot where it is spoken. Positions and names: Glottolog 5.3 (Hammarström, Forkel, Haspelmath and Bank, Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology, 2026), CC BY 4.0; we left out languages it lists as extinct and entries that are not spoken languages, rounded the coordinates and write Kirghiz as Kyrgyz. Brightness: how much data AI has to learn from, using the resource classes of Joshi et al., “The State and Fate of Linguistic Diversity and Inclusion in the NLP World”, ACL 2020, for the 1,851 languages they classify; languages they do not list are drawn dark, their class for languages with virtually no data. Gold: Kyrgyz, where we start. Borders: Natural Earth (public domain); a border on this map is not a statement about any territory. Language count in the headline: Ethnologue 2024.
Let’s build Kyrgyz-language AI together.
Whether you are shipping a product, running a public service or studying the language, there is a way to work with us.
